Senior Designer (Partnership Track)

We’re seeking a Senior Designer who shares our values and is looking for long-term growth. This is not just a senior staff position—it’s a strategic hire with the potential for partnership.

The Role

You’ll lead design and documentation on projects from concept through construction, especially during permitting and CA phases. We’re looking for someone who is not only a skilled designer but also technically sharp and able to run projects independently.

You Might Be the Right Fit If You...

  • Have 7–10 years of professional experience in architecture, ideally at both design-focused and technically strong firms

  • Hold a degree from a top architecture school and care deeply about design excellence

  • Are skilled at detailing and understand wood framing construction

  • Are proficient with Revit. Rhino and Grasshopper are a plus.

  • Are comfortable navigating permitting and managing consultants

  • Have strong graphic and communication skills

  • Are excited by the idea of helping grow a practice and shaping its future

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction

  • Produce high-quality documentation sets and coordinate with consultants

  • Manage permitting and regulatory processes

  • Collaborate with the principal on design vision

  • Interface with clients, contractors, and city officials
